Our state-of-the-art micro-biology lab is staffed with certified lab technicians who are trained to identify food hazards such as e-coli, salmonella and aflatoxin. In addition, we work with independent labs to verify results.We are HAACP certified and currently hold a perfect rating. Third party auditors inspect our facility routinely.All walnuts leaving our plant are DFA inspected and certified.
